Cancellation and Tardiness Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, we ask that you please remember that your therapists or technicians time is precious and valuable, and in demand…
Therefore, the following policies are honored and strictly enforced:
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24-hours’ advance notice you will be charged $40 (out of pocket). This will be charged at time of cancellation or amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For pre-paid holders, this would count as ½ a session. Gift Certificates, eGift Cards or vouchers holders, it would count for ½ of the value of the service scheduled would be deducted from the Gift Certificate
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no show.” They will be charged a Full Amount for their “missed” appointment. This will be charged at time of no show or amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. For Pre-paid holders, this would count as one full session. For Gift Certificate, eGift Cards or voucher holders, the value of the full massage or service would be deducted from the Gift certificate, eGfit Card/ voucher.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist or technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment or reschedule your appointment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist or technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
If you do not show up for your appointment or call to cancel with less than 24 hrs prior to your appointment, we will redeem your groupon and you will not be ale to use redeemed Groupon at our Luna Wellness & Massage.

Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are reserved with a credit card at the time of scheduling.
